Please read this section carefully so there are no surprises.
Do you provide International delivery?
DekelDyes ships world wide with registered mail or eco post depending on weight and destination.
We carefully pack all parcels balancing solid packing that protects your goods with a wish to minimise packing materials.
Do you ship in an eco friendly way?
We are committed to ship 100% plastic free by 2021.
To achieve this we are in a transition period where we slowly finish our old packaging material and introduce biodegradable mailers from Wastebased, paper based packaging tape, and paper wrappers instead of plastic. Our packaging for natural dyes is now certified biodegradable and made from recycled materials.
All our printed materials are printed on 100% recycled paper.
DekelDyes uses Ecologi to create a climate positive workspace.
All international delivery is calculated according to weight and destination in the check-out and includes packing and handling fees.
How do I return an item?
We hope you love your products just as much as we do, but you can return an item if you are not happy with it.
What is your returns policy?
Personalized items and specially made orders cannot be returned.
Customers may return clothing purchased online for a refund subject to the conditions below:
All returns require an authorization from Suzanne Dekel. Return authorization must be requested within 3 days of receiving goods.
Customers will receive a refund for the price of goods and taxes only - shipping is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to Suzanne Dekel.
Goods must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached, unwashed and unworn - in pristine condition ready for resale.
Goods must have no trace of perfume, makeup, deodorant etc.
Return of Defective Goods
DekelDyes will substitute or replace defective goods at our discretion.
How do I track my order?
After your mail has been sent, I will mail you the tracking code that you can use to track your parcel, as well as a link to the website where you can do so.
Responsibility for arrival.
we do our best to ship your parcel as soon as possible. Once the parcel is accepted by the postal services we can no longer influence how fast it arrives. The customer should track the parcel using the link and tracking number sent by mail. Sometimes a parcel gets delivered to a nearby postal unit, please check your tracking link/tracking number regularly to make sure you can pick it up. Parcels that are shipped back to us because the owner failed to pick it up in time, will be refunded minus delivery fee.
Most countries have some treshold for importing goods. Some countries are more strict than others. Please check this before ordering from the website. Customer is responsible for handling import fees if such would occur. DekelDyes is bound by law to provide correct content information (C22) when shipping.
Parcels returned to DekelDyes after customer did not pay the proper import taxes will be refunded minus shipping and a 10% handling fee.
What are your delivery options?
International registered mail takes three weeks on average to reach the USA, a bit less for Europe. Eco Post (Tracking starts with LX...takes less time). Shipping times in times of pandemic are unfortunately completely unpredictable. If you need something fast, or before a certain date, make sure you contact DekelDyes for upgraded shipping through EMS for an additional fee.
